Using parallax effects with images in your WordPress

We all like to use images in our articles. In fact, we should use several images depending on the length of it. But, what if we gave effects to those images? We would already be talking about making a difference in style simply by using images. Well, mowomo blocks brings you the one block handy solution for the Gutenberg editor.

mowomo blocks is nothing more than a completely free plugin that will allow us to create, among other things, images with various effects and templates. To use it, we would only need to follow the following steps:

• We go to the administration panel of our WordPress.
• Click on the “plugins” option in the side menu.
• We click on “add new”.
• In “search plugins” we will enter the words “mowomo blocks”.
• We will click on install and then on activate, inside the plugin card.
• We create a new entry and we will be ready to use our block of optimized image.

Creating images with parallax

Let's start by looking among our blocks for the following: optimized image. This block has various configurations, including the following:

• Parallax effect button located just above the block. This button will activate/deactivate the parallax effect of the image.
• Button to change image located just above the block. It just changes the image of the block.
• Transition animations in the "animations" tab of the inspector. Any of the options will cause the image, when viewed on the post screen, to enter with an exit animation.
• Style templates that add text over the top of the image, backed by a translucent black background. We can find it in the "templates" tab of the inspector.
• With the parallax effect active, we will have the “styles” tab in the inspector, which will allow us to adjust the height of the image to the one we want. If the parallax effect is not active, the image will adjust to its natural dimensions.
